HistoryOur referrals come from bankers, attorneys, Chamber of Commerce and our many satisfied customers. Santa Ana Realty is involved with many Homeowners Organizations throughout the City. We have a computerized system with the Associations of Realtors throughout most of Southern California. In addition, we are involved in City Commissions, Service Clubs, Churches and other community-oriented groups in order to remain informed of changes or improvements in the area. We use lenders, title, termite and escrow companies based on their service and integrity. Santa Ana Realty does not receive any referral fees from any of the firms we recommend. We are not tied to a lender or other entity or profit center where our clients’ interest may not be the number one priority. All of our service is very personalized.
